Returns & Warranty
Though Bemaco Technologies strives to provide top quality products and services to our clients, we are however aware that at times products may arrive at the customer site not working as expected. In order to protect our customer’s interests we extend manufacturer’s warranty for all items sold on this site
If an ordered item does not work as designed by the manufacturer it is deemed defective and can be returned under warranty within 7 days
Any returned goods shall be packaged in their original packaging only for goods deemed as defective on arrival.
For any other warranty claims after the one month goods may be returned in different packaging.
Qualified returned items that cannot be replaced or repaired shall be refunded within 14 days of acceptance and receipt of return
The customer shall not attempt any repairs on an ordered item otherwise the warranty shall be nullified.
Repairs for Power related damages will be charged since warranty does not cover such.
Outside the warranty period no returns are allowed but a client can seek technical services for repairing an item at a cost that shall be advised.
Different items in our site are covered by different manufacturer warranty terms and in case you shop an item whose warranty is not indicated on the site it is highly recommended you contact us for the warranty terms of the same before we ship.
Most warranties do not cover electrical damages and therefore we highly recommend that computer equipment be tested and powered through a UPS or power stabilizer.
It is important to understand the warranty terms covering an item before ordering e.g labour only, parts and labour etc.
All items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no extra cost once the warranty claim has been approved.
Goods returned under warranty undergo a thorough check to ascertain if they have been tampered with and we therefore request our clients to allow3 - 5 days after receipt of returns before a response is given.
